"summary": "This shop accepts change-of-mind returns for 14 days after delivery under its own published policy: original packaging, proof of purchase, buyer pays return shipping, refund processed 24 to 48 hours after the return arrives. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at the shop's cost, and nothing in the policy limits the rights a customer has under the consumer protection law of their province.",
"content": "Refunds and returns Last updated 24 September 2026. Your rights Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 also give consumers cancellation rights for most online purchases. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be excluded. Changing your mind For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days after the day the goods are delivered if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Email theteam@kitchenwarehouse.uk with your order number before posting anything so we can give you the correct return address. You normally pay the direct return cost for a change of mind. Take reasonable care of the goods, package them securely and keep proof of postage. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what is reasonable for inspection has reduced their value. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory cancellation rights. Refunds We refund the goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge where UK law requires it. Any extra amount paid for express delivery is not refundable beyond that standard amount. We issue the statutory refund no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method. Faulty, damaged, missing or incorrect goods Email us with your order number and details of the problem. We arrange the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law and cover reasonable return costs. Photographs can help us resolve transit damage but do not remove your legal rights. Cancelling before dispatch Contact us as soon as possible. Cancelling before dispatch is free. If the order has shipped, your applicable online cancellation rights still remain.",
