How to complain

Email theteam@kitchenwarehouse.uk with your order number and relevant detail, including photographs where helpful. We record the complaint, assign it to a person and respond with the steps taken and a proposed resolution.

If we cannot resolve it

You can contact Citizens Advice or use any available court or alternative dispute-resolution route. Privacy complaints can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
