These terms govern use of kitchenwarehouse.uk and purchases from Kitchen Warehouse Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Products, prices and orders

We take care to describe products accurately. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), and the cart shows the full total before payment. Check the item, quantity and delivery details before paying. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it. If stock is unavailable or a price is wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal over encrypted connections. We do not store full card numbers. An order is processed after payment is authorised.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Our shipping and returns pages form part of these terms. They explain delivery charges, online cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or incorrect goods.

Product use

Read the product description and supplied instructions, and use products only for their intended purpose. Ask us before ordering if suitability or dimensions are unclear.

Liability and legal rights

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, and applicable UK courts may hear disputes.
